9Account Suspension and Closure

ph8889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms, involved in suspected fraudulent activity, or if continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held until the investigation is complete. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If violations are confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in full or in part depending on the nature of the violation.

Players may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting ph8889 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure is subject to standard withdrawal terms and verification requirements.
